Coronavirus ticket refund request

I bought my ticket online at, through the get me there app or by phone from TfGM.

Use this form if you are applying for a refund for a Metrolink annual travelcard or a Metrolink or System One/ get me there 28-day travelcard and you bought your ticket:

  1. online at
  2. from the get me there app
  3. by phone from the TfGM customer service centre

Please keep your smart card. If your travelcard is on a smart card, it will be cancelled but you can use your get me there card the next time you buy a ticket.
