Coronavirus ticket refund request

I have a paper ticket and bought my ticket from from a ticket machine or PayPoint store.

Use this form if you are applying for a refund for a Metrolink 28-day paper travelcard and you:

  1. paid at a ticket machine
  2. bought your ticket in a PayPoint store, with a payment card or cash

A cheque refund will be sent to you but we appreciate your patience while we process a large number of requests.

Please keep your ticket. When we reply to your refund request, we will ask you to send us a photo of your paper ticket. It should be torn in two, so we can see that you have destroyed it but still read the details.
