Metrolink and System One/get me there ticket refunds

This includes refunds for:

  • Metrolink (tram only) – annual or 28-day travelcards
  • System One/ get me there AnyBus and Tram – 28-day travelcards
  • System One/ get me there AnyBus – 28-day travelcards

We offer refunds for Metrolink annual tickets and if you have seven days or more left on your Metrolink or System One/ get me there 28-day travelcard, you can also request a refund for the remaining weeks that you no longer need your ticket.

Please select your ticket type below and complete the refund request form. Once we have received this, we will process your refund request as quickly as possible but please bear with us, while we work through a larger than usual number of customer queries and requests.

28-day or annual travelcard on a get me there smart card

Please keep your smart card. The travelcard on your smart card will be cancelled but you can use your get me there card the next time you buy a ticket.

Metrolink 28-day travelcard as a mobile ticket

Metrolink 28-day travelcard as a paper ticket

Please keep your ticket. When we reply to your refund request, we will ask you to send us a photo of your paper ticket. It should be torn in two, so we can see that you have destroyed it but still read the details.
