Membership, getting in, problems and cancellations
When you have joined the Bike Lockers Users Club (BLUC), we'll send you a padlock key. It will open any of the TfGM bike lockers.
Locking and unlocking your bike
Open an empty locker and lock your bike to the stand inside. Attach your BLUC membership card to your bike.
Use your own padlock to secure the locker, and take the BLUC padlock with you.
When you remove your bike, put the BLUC padlock back on the locker. Don't leave your own padlock; we may remove it and charge you for the work.
Problems and cancellations
If you have a problem, or want to leave BLUC, email bluc@tfgm.com.
