There are 99 stops on the Metrolink network, all stops have step free access, but some rely on lifts/escalators. All of our lifts and escalators are working, with the exception of the below.

- Piccadilly tram stop
- Sale tram stop
Failsworth tram stop
The lift on the outbound platform at Failsworth tram stop is currently out of service.
For customers travelling towards Oldham and Rochdale, step free access is via lift from Hardman Lane to the Manchester bound platform and use the track crossing to the Oldham bound platform.

Manchester Airport tram stop
The escalator to exit Manchester Airport Metrolink stop is currently out of service. Please use the steps or follow the signage for the lift from platform level to the Airport.

Piccadilly tram stop
The stop has a lift on each platform at Piccadilly. When the Ashton bound lift is not in operation:
For customers travelling towards Ashton, step free access is via the Manchester bound platform. Then use the track crossing at the far end of the platform to access the Ashton bound side.

Sale tram stop
The lift at Sale tram stop is currently out of service.
Customers requiring step-free access should telephone the Metrolink contact centre before they travel for additional journey planning support or use the customer service help point on-stop.
