Staff across the network and in our contact centre are there to help and will be able to answer any questions you may have. We encourage all staff to take up relevant training opportunities that are available both internally and externally.
Staff working at Travelshops and Bus Stations have a full days training which includes:
- Becoming a dementia friend
- How to support people who have visual impairments
- How to support people who have hearing impairment
- A general overview of diversity and inclusion.
