How have you seen things changed and how does your role contribute towards the changes?
"Being a part of the HR team, I feel that we really are at the core of the business – dealing with contracts, setting up people on SAP, onboarding people, there’s all sorts that we do."
How have you felt supported in your role at TfGM?
"Definitely. I know there are a multitude of areas/people to go to if and when I feel I need support."
What is your proudest achievement in your role at TfGM?
"Being a part of an amazing team and taking on the work as if I’ve been here forever even though it’s been a couple of months."
Are there opportunities for development and learning you have taken advantage of?
"I am taking part in new projects which I’m excited to talk more about when they begin."
What piece of advice would you give to people applying for opportunities with TfGM?
"Go for it! Be yourself, show up and give it your best. Show up eager to learn and adapt in a new environment and be confident in yourself and your skills."
