TfGM's Neurodiversity Network is an inclusive and supportive community for all neurodiverse staff members and allies within the organisation.
“Neurodiversity” recognises that neurological differences (such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Tourette's’ Syndrome amongst others) are natural variants of the human brain, not deficits.
The network champions a workplace culture that values and embraces these differences, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
They provide a safe space for neurodivergent staff to connect, share experiences, and access peer support. They also welcome allies who wish to learn and contribute.
They also work to identify and address barriers faced by neurodivergent staff, collaborating with management and the People team to advocate for reasonable adjustments, equitable policies and improved workplace practices.
