TfGM own a range of spaces across Greater Manchester, from retail, office, and residential units to surplus land and industrial units (railway arches). We are open to suggestions and enjoy creating exciting spaces for anything from pop ups and small businesses to larger brands. Most of our sites are near tram stops or bus stations, with high footfall encouraging good business.
Our aim within TfGM is to use income generated from rentals to invest back into our transport network, contributing towards the growth of Manchester. If you would like to be a part of this, have a look at our available properties to see if anything suits your needs.
Becoming a tenant
We want you to join our estate and help continue the growth of Manchester. Whether you want to start or continue your business journey or live in one of our residential properties, we may have something we can offer you.
TfGM currently have properties located in Wigan, Chorlton, Bury and most bus stations/interchanges, which usually benefit from high footfall. As the transport network across Greater Manchester continues to grow, more opportunities will continue to arise.
Take a look at our available properties below and see if there’s a place on our estate for you.
