The Voice of the Bee Network is a group of people who share their experiences and ideas to help improve the Bee Network.
No matter how you travel around Manchester — whether you hop on the bus, ride the tram, drive your car, cycle, walk or wheel— we want to hear about your experiences.
As a member, you can:
- Fill out surveys about your journeys in Greater Manchester.
- Test new features on the Bee Network website.
- Suggest improvements for the Bee Network app.
- Take part in research interviews.
- Join focus groups to discuss new ideas.
Your feedback helps us create better transport products and services for everyone in Greater Manchester.
How to join
- Sign up to the Voice of the Bee Network online.
- Enter your email address and verify your account.
- Choose to sign up online or download the User Testing app when prompted.
- Complete a short questionnaire about your travel habits. This helps us send you research opportunities that match your interests.
What to expect
You’ll get email notifications about research projects that’s relevant to you.
You can choose which projects to take part in, it’s all voluntary and you can participate as much or as little as you like.
If you download the User Testing app, you’ll have more chances to try out new features on the Bee Network app and website.
