On Sunday 19 October, track repair works will take place at Deansgate-Castlefield until 2pm, and the Bury line will undergo additional improvement works.
From the start of service until 2pm only:
- No cross-city tram services via St Peter's Square/Deansgate-Castlefield.
- Service changes will be in place across the network: the Manchester Airport line will terminate at Firswood, the Eccles & Trafford Centre lines will terminate at Cornbrook, the Altrincham & East Didsbury lines will terminate at Deansgate-Castlefield & the Rochdale line will operate to Exchange Square.
- Tram services will resume from approximately 2pm onwards, though it may take a little longer for all services to fully reform.
Additionally, for the duration of the day:
- No tram service between Crumpsall and Bury.
Replacement bus services will operate Cornbrook - Victoria/Piccadilly (until 3pm), and between Victoria - Bury throughout the day to help customers continue their journey.
