DriveSafe has recently been made aware of possible fraudulent activity linked to course bookings, whereby a small number of clients have paid money to rogue organisations claiming to deliver courses.
We are aware of two companies that this activity has related to – BSS Trainings and BuildcertUK Ltd. These companies prompt clients to deal with them on the telephone.
It is possible that these are legitimate organisations whose websites may have been ‘spoofed’ by online fraudsters, or for whom the fraudsters are claiming to be from when speaking to clients over the phone.
