Tram Disruption - Eccles line

Due to an issue with the overhead line, there is currently no tram service between MediaCityUK/Broadway and Eccles.

There is ticket acceptance in place on the 10, 33, 50, 52, 53, 67, 79, 100, 248 and 249 bus services. Simply show the driver your Metrolink ticket or pass when boarding.

If you need to continue your journey by bus then please visit our journey planner. Please select ‘options’ and check only the bus icon is highlighted. This feature is also available on the Bee Network app where you can also find bus tracking information.

Contactless

If you have paid using contactless, touch in at the tram stop at the start of your journey, and touch out at the end. Don’t touch in and out at the same stop – this won’t cancel your journey.

When boarding the bus, show your contactless card or device to the driver.

Call us on 0161 244 1000 if you’re not able to touch out – give it 24 hours for our systems to update, so we can see all touches on the smart readers.
