The Interreg NWE funded eHUBS project will seek to create hubs of shared use, electric vehicles in Manchester and Bury.  The vehicles provided will include fully electric Car Club vehicles operated by Enterprise and e-cargobikes operated by Cargoroo.

The aim of the project is to reduce carbon emissions and create a cleaner, more liveable and pleasant environment through:

  • Encouraging the use of shared mobility and active travel modes, thereby reducing the need for car ownership.

  • Making electric vehicles more accessible to the general public, thereby demystifying their use and promoting the uptake of electric vehicles.
