From Monday 20 July 2026 until Easter 2027, major roadworks will be taking place overnight near Rochdale Town Centre.
Between 8pm and 5am on five consecutive nights from Monday 20 to Friday 25 July, the below road will be closed:
- Roch Valley Way (from Manchester Road to Finsbury Street)
Between 8pm and 5am on five consecutive nights from Monday 27 to Friday 31 July, the following roads will be closed:
- Manchester Road (southbound from its junction with The Esplanade to its junction of Edinburgh Way & Rochdale Valley Way)
- Manchester Road (northbound from its junction with Roch Valley Way to its junction with Tweedale Street)
