1. Summary of the survey

Transport for Greater Manchester ["TfGM"] acting on behalf of the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities wants to understand satisfaction with the HGV Financial Support Scheme (FSS) application process, experiences in obtaining a replacement/retrofit HGV and how the funding options have helped businesses.

Findings from the survey will be used to monitor and evaluate the HGV FFS and inform the project going forward.

TfGM is the Data Controller for personal information collected in the survey. This means that we decide how your personal data is processed and for what purposes.

2. What information we will collect from you

The survey will ask questions to gather feedback on your satisfaction with each stage of the application process, your experience upgrading or replacing HGVs; and the impact of funding to help upgrade to compliant HGV(s).

The survey will also ask for your business details to allow us to analyse by business size and sector.

You may also indicate whether you wish to be involved in future research about the HGV FFS. If so, your contact details will be stored separately from this survey.

Data collected from this research will be aggregated, so you will not be identified. Findings from the research may also be published.

3. How information is collected

Applicants that receive a Funding Award Notification (FAN) will be invited by email to complete the online survey. Survey data is collected via SNAP Survey software. SNAP Surveys is ISO 27001 certified. More information can be found here
