Transpennine Route Upgrade
Over the Summer of 2025, a major programme of railway improvement works will take place to bring better journeys to passengers travelling across the Pennines between Manchester, Huddersfield, Leeds and York.
The works also includes a full remodelling of Huddersfield Rail Station with the station closing from Saturday 30 August to Sunday 28 September.
