Appeal a £30 contactless standard fare

You must touch-in at a smart reader or buy a ticket for every journey you make on Metrolink. If you fail to do this, you are liable for a standard fare and we only consider an appeal in exceptional circumstances. You can find a guide to appealing a contactless standard fare below.
