Renew a concessionary pass from TfGM
We will only write to you about renewing your pass if we need more information from you before renewing. If we do not need to check anything with you, we will automatically send a new pass in the post which should arrive about a week before your old pass expires.
If you have received your new pass in the post, and you previously had the Tram & Train addon (on an older persons pass), the remaining days of your addon can be transferred to your new pass. To activate this you will need to touch your new card to a reader at a Metrolink Tram stop as soon as possible after you receive your card.
If you have received a letter from TfGM containing a renewal code, you can renew your pass online.
If you change address it is your responsibility to inform TfGM. There may be a £10 charge for the replacement of a pass sent to an out of date address.
