How to buy your ticket
You must buy your ticket before your first journey. You cannot buy tickets on the tram.
The easiest way to buy an adult ticket is by using the free Bee Network app on your smart phone or using our smart card. It’s easy, flexible and avoids the queues.
Alternatively, you can buy a ticket:
- at a ticket machine on the tram stop using cash or card (including contactless)
- at a PayPoint location
- at an Information and Ticket Office
If you lose your ticket
If you lose your 28-day travelcard bought using the Bee Network app or on a registered Bee Card, we can replace it for you provided there are at least 7 days left to run on the ticket. Please contact us on 0161 244 1000 to ask about getting your ticket replaced.
Sorry, we can't give you a replacement for this ticket if it is a paper ticket bought through a ticket machine or PayPoint outlet. You'll need to buy a new one.
