From Monday 22 June, improvement works will take place at the junction of Cleggs Lane, Manchester Road East, Manchester Road West and Armitage Avenue in Little Hulton, Salford.
The works, which will last until October, will improve the existing junction by resurfacing the highway, improving pedestrian safety and enhancing the overall area.
The new crossing arrangement will enable safer crossings for pedestrians and provide a much more comfortable experience by removing the need to wait on narrow central refuges.
