Buses. But better.

New routes. Night buses. Better services.

Making changes and improvements to your Bee Network

Widespread improvements are coming to bus services in every part of Greater Manchester as the Bee Network continues to power the city region’s rapid economic growth.

740,000 people living near the improved services across Greater Manchester will benefit from 36 service changes, shaped by feedback from local communities and passengers.

The first wave of improvements are set to launch between 30 August and 6 September this year.

Next steps

Network development doesn’t stop here. We are going to be delivering changes and improvements on a regular basis, and there will be further announcements as this develops.

We are working to develop the longer term process to ensure the pipeline is able to deliver further changes on a regular basis. A second package is expected to be brought forward later in the year, with further announcements made on a rolling basis as the pipeline continues to develop.

We’ll continue to meet with local organisations to find priorities for your area that will inform future changes. We'll let you know how you can get involved soon.
