Please use this form to request copies of CCTV footage.
If you are requesting footage of yourself, we will need to verify your identity before we can disclose any footage. If you are requesting footage on behalf of someone else, we also require evidence of your authority to act on their behalf.
Please note that if the footage includes other people, in most circumstances we cannot share it with you directly.
When submitting your request, please provide as much information as possible to help us identify the relevant footage.
If your request relates to a bus or Metrolink service, we will share your request with our delivery partner for that service. In some circumstances, they may respond to you directly.
Please note that our Highways cameras do not record footage as standard. Our other CCTV systems hold footage for between 7-31 days, depending on the service.
