If the pass you hold has been issued from another authority other than Transport for Greater Manchester, you would be required to pay the full adult fare.

How to buy your ticket
You must buy your ticket before your first journey. You cannot buy tickets on the tram.
A convenient way to buy a ticket is online using your concessionary pass as a smart card. It’s easy, flexible and avoids the queues.
Alternatively, you can buy a ticket:
- at a ticket machine on the tram stop using cash or card (including contactless)
- at an information and ticket office
If you lose your ticket
If you lose your 28-day travelcard bought using your registered concessionary pass, we can replace it for you provided there are at least 7 days left to run on the ticket. You should contact us on 0161 244 1000 to enquire about getting your ticket replaced.
Sorry, we can't give you a refund for this ticket if it is a paper ticket bought through a ticket machine or PayPoint outlet. You'll need to buy a new one.
