Flixton - Urmston - Lostock - Etihad Stadium

Due to the road closures associated with the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 19 April, the bus will operate on diversion to the Etihad Stadium for the Arsenal fixture. All stops will be served as normal, but the journey will be longer.

Your bus stop should be easy to recognise, as it will feature the famous blue of Manchester City and will say ‘match day bus’ on it.

Flixton

Please note that the stop is the same for both the Etihad-bound trip and the return journey. This is your drop off and pick up point for the Etihad.

Buying a ticket

Buying your ticket is simple – all you need to do is get on board and purchase your ticket from the driver. Both cash and contactless payment via card or mobile device are accepted.

We do not offer tickets on an advanced purchase basis, and you will need to buy a ticket to travel. Don’t forget to keep your ticket safe in case you are asked to show it to a member of staff.

Fares

All stops on this route are located in Zone 1.

Adult tickets are priced at £3 for a single or £6 for a return.
Under 16 tickets are priced at £1.50 for a single or £3 for a return.
Children under the age of five can now travel for free.
Older people and those with disabilities will be eligible to travel for free provided they are in possession of a National Concessionary Travel Pass.

No other tickets or passes will be accepted (I.E. AnyBus day/week/monthly tickets).

Post-match

Etihad Stadium - Departs approximately 25 minutes after the end of the match
Lostock - Approximately 40 minutes after departure
Urmston - Approximately 45 minutes after departure
