From Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 August, works will take place at Manchester town hall. To allow these works to happen safely, no trams will operate via Exchange Square.
Services on the East Didsbury and Trafford Centre lines will operate via Market Street and Shudehill instead.
There is also tram improvement works taking place on the Rochdale line. As a result, there is no tram service operating between Oldham Mumps and Rochdale Town Centre.
Customers may need to take a short walk or hop on the free bus to continue their journey.
Tram services will resume via Exchange Square from the start of service on Monday 17 August.
