National Concessionary Travel Pass

Please update your address information

At least two weeks before your English National Concessionary Travel pass expires, we will contact you about renewing your pass or, if we don’t need to check anything with you, we will send you a new pass. If you change address it is your responsibility to inform TfGM. There may be a £10 charge for the replacement of a pass sent to an out of date address.

Use this form to update your address for your English National Concessionary Travel pass. If you have not changed address since you last received a pass or have already informed TfGM of your change of address you do not need to do anything.
