Manchester Pride returns to the city centre streets from Friday 28 to Monday 31 August. Manchester's most colourful celebration will see four days of music, live performances and entertainment events taking place all over the city, including the annual pride parade which will take place at 12pm on Saturday 29 August.
Key travel advice
- Road closures and bus diversions will be taking place over the weekend, to allow the parade and Village Pride to take place.
- Multiple other events are happening across Greater Manchester over the course of August bank holiday weekend; tram services and roads in and out of the city centre may be particularly busy. Please allow plenty of extra time for your journeys.
- For those travelling for the Pride Parade or Village Pride, the event sites can be easily reached by public transport, with tram stops and Bee Network bus routes located nearby.
